📋 Description

• Develop and pitch native video concepts for Study.com's YouTube and TikTok channels • Analyze platform performance, retention curves, engagement, and comments to determine content direction • Write and improve scripts focused on hooks, pacing, payoff, and retention • Provide creators and editors with feedback on delivery, cuts, captions, sound, and visual structure • Recruit, onboard, and coach freelance creators and editors • Monitor trends, sounds, formats, and algorithm changes • Manage titles, thumbnails, captions, and hashtags for platform discoverability • Develop and rapidly test new content formats • Run lightweight production workflows • Use AI tools such as Claude, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs for ideation, scripting, and production

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years creating, producing, or managing TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube content, in-house, at an agency, or as a creator • Experimental mindset and ability to test ideas, learn from results, and iterate quickly • Portfolio of videos created or channels grown, with understanding of why they worked • Strong instinct for hooks, storytelling, and pacing • Fluency in YouTube and TikTok culture, formats, and analytics • Ability to turn data into creative decisions • Experience directing or collaborating with creators and editors • Organizational ability to manage multiple creators and a steady publishing cadence • Must work during Study.com's Pacific Time business hours Monday through Friday • Must use own computer • Reliable access to high-speed internet • Bonus: experience running a personal channel, being on camera, or building an audience from scratch
