• 8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably selling to enterprise real estate or private equity clients • Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes • Fluency in real estate or infrastructure finance (NPV, IRR, NOI, cap rates, etc.) • Strong commercial instincts and creativity in structuring deals • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • High EQ and ability to build trust with a diverse group of stakeholders • Bias for action and entrepreneurial energy — you're comfortable building as you go • Willingness to travel as needed for key meetings and events
