• ジェネラリストとして問題の特定から新しいアイデアの創出、ユーザージャーニーや詳細なインタラクション設計までを担当 • ユーザーの業務課題やペインポイントの理解を深めるためのリサーチ活動をサポート • アクセシビリティやレスポンシブ性を考慮しながら、ローファイのユーザーフローやプロトタイプからピクセルパーフェクトなモックアップまでを作成 • エンジニアと密に連携し、デザイン通りの高品質なプロダクト実装を支援 • ノンデザイナーとも協力しながら、コンセンサスを得てイテレーションを重ねる • 新しいデザインシステムの保守・進化に貢献 • プロダクト分析やデータを活用してUX課題に対する仮説を立てる • 顧客ニーズに応じて新しい機会を見つけ、必要に応じて方向転換を図る • 若いデザインチームのプロセスやカルチャーの確立に貢献
🎯 Requirements
• 社内のプロダクトチームに4年以上デザイナーとして従事した経験 • 細部までこだわったプロダクトデザインのポートフォリオ • SaaS企業での勤務経験、Web・モバイル両方のプロダクト経験、リモートチームでの協業経験 • ネイティブレベルの日本語（またはJLPT N2相当）、ビジネスレベルの英語力 • JavaScript、HTML、CSSの基礎知識 • スタートアップ環境でのスピード感あるマルチタスク業務経験 • 継続的な学習意欲、不確実性を楽しむ姿勢、フィードバックを受け入れる柔軟性
