📋 Description

• Update existing landing pages in the CMS and publish new pages from templates • Upload ads and maintain campaigns in Google, LinkedIn, and Meta • Build, check, schedule, send, and report on email campaigns and newsletters • Import and clean contact lists, maintain CRM fields and tags, and build segments • Review automated reports, identify incorrect figures, and summarise results • Draft and edit copy for pages, ads, and emails using AI • Produce ad creatives, social posts, one-pagers, and slides using AI image tools, templates, and brand assets • Research topics, competitors, and markets and provide concise summaries • Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them • Maintain tool organisation, including naming, folders, access, and corrections

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in one or more marketing areas is advantageous • Uses AI tools every day and understands their strengths and limitations • Able to distinguish usable drafts from confidently incorrect AI output • Careful and detail-oriented; checks links, names, and file locations • Able to learn new tools independently using AI, help pages, and experimentation • Proactive and able to identify unclear or incomplete briefs • Asks consolidated questions early • Reliable in completing tasks and communicating status or delays • Fluent English • German is an advantage • Experience with the German B2B market is an advantage
