📋 Description

• Independently plan and manage IT projects from concept through successful delivery. • Gather and document customer requirements and prepare specifications and requirements documents (requirements and functional specifications). • Lead and motivate interdisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. • Monitor compliance with quality standards and conduct risk analyses. • Actively participate in technical decisions, particularly in PHP development, and support the team with complex issues. • Regularly coordinate with clients and stakeholders, present project results, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Communicate efficiently with minimal meetings, primarily in writing via Slack. • Collaborate with colleagues from different cultures and time zones, where asynchronous work is important.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in web development. • Strong knowledge of PHP and web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking, organizational talent and assertiveness. • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken. • Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones.
