📋 Description

• Design, develop, and evolve intelligent agents based on LLMs for complex commerce and payment journeys • Build Agentic Commerce solutions to automate purchases, payments, inquiries, reconciliations, and other financial flows • Develop decision-making, planning, memory, reasoning, execution, and exception-handling flows • Integrate agents with REST APIs, payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, microservices, and financial systems • Implement authentication, authorization, tokenization, credential management, and data protection in payment integrations • Evaluate and implement interoperability protocols such as MCP and A2A • Build RAG solutions to provide reliable context to agents • Implement end-to-end observability with logs, metrics, tracing, quality evaluation, cost monitoring, and error control • Create automated tests and evaluation criteria for behavior, security, accuracy, and performance • Write and review clean, resilient, scalable, and testable Python code • Act as a technical reference, support engineers, and contribute to architecture decisions • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, Risk, and Compliance to translate business needs into technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in software development using Python • Experience in payments, acquiring, gateways, e-commerce, digital transactions, or financial services • Knowledge of authorization, capture, cancellation, refunds/chargebacks, reconciliation, and fraud prevention in payments • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based solutions • Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph • Proficiency in REST API integration • Knowledge of building MCP servers • Experience with microservices and distributed architectures • Experience with automated testing, code quality, design patterns, and software engineering best practices • Knowledge of security applied to APIs and payments, including authentication, authorization, tokenization, and protection of sensitive information • Experience with logging, tracing, metrics, and monitoring of distributed applications • Ability to work with complex, ambiguous, and loosely structured problems • Systemic thinking, architectural vision, autonomy, and technical leadership • Clear communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary environments • Preferred: Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent services • Preferred: MCP, A2A, AP2, ACP, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, event-driven architectures, messaging, Node.js, Docker, guardrails, prompt injection prevention, PCI DSS, LGPD, Open Finance, digital identity, or card tokenization • Advanced English for interaction with vendors, technical documentation, and global teams
