• Own end-to-end relationships with enterprise validator partners as primary technical and commercial point of contact • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts (each with 1B+ assets under management) and drive expansion • Provide responsive customer support, handle escalations, and ensure measurable success outcomes across partner lifecycle • Conduct technical discovery and provide pre-sales integration guidance for prospective validator partners • Lead technical onboarding, coordinating with BD, developer relations and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration • Serve as primary relationship owner for enterprise accounts, conduct business reviews and identify expansion opportunities • Act as first point of contact for partner issues, perform hands-on troubleshooting and coordinate with engineering for resolutions • Translate customer requirements into product input and advocate internally for client needs • Develop scalable onboarding processes, documentation/knowledge base and customer success playbooks • Track and report validator uptime, customer satisfaction, and time-to-value to measure and improve partner outcomes
• 3-5 years experience in technical customer-facing roles (technical project management, sales engineering, or technical account management) • Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, particularly Ethereum staking/validation • Experience working with highly technical enterprise / infrastructure customers • Strong technical communication skills with ability to engage technical teams
