• Be part of a cutting-edge company building a truly unique product that's making a real difference for the planet. • We desire to match people with work that excites them the most, and we will support you in your journey to learn and grow to accomplish that goal. • Ability to work fully remote, hybrid, or in-person in the San Francisco Bay area or in the Denver / Boulder area. • Collaborate with other members of Optiwatt’s sales, client success, marketing, and product teams to achieve customer objectives and exceed their expectations. • Optional: We are open to candidates that can evolve into a sales leadership role after quickly proving themselves as an individual contributor.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling SaaS, services, or enterprise software, with a track record of exceeding quotas and growing new business. • Proven ability to build and manage a full sales pipeline, from outreach to close, including proposal writing, pricing, and contract negotiation. • Experience in early-stage startups or launching new products, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to influencing product direction and strategy. • Deep understanding of utility programs and load management, including managed EV charging, demand response, and the customer energy experience. • Skilled in developing and executing strategic go-to-market and account plans while clearly articulating Optiwatt’s unique value proposition. • Comfortable engaging and influencing senior decision-makers and building trusted, long-term client relationships. • Willingness to travel 25%+ for conferences, client meetings, and in-person team meetings. • Driven to win, with a passion for growth, impact, and advancing the clean energy transition.
