📋 Description

• Solve problems for clients and for Product People • Collaborate with strong personalities and diverse teams • Serve as an interim Product Manager • Craft and communicate compelling product narratives • Coach the next generation of PMs • Apply this approach across new clients and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• German language proficiency at minimum C1 (CEFR), spoken and written • Proven experience in Product Management • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives • Strong problem-solving skills • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments • Driven, collaborative, and direct communicator • Skilled at context switching and prioritization • Commercial awareness / business acumen
