📋 Description

• Reliance Health’s mission is to make quality healthcare delightful, affordable, and accessible in emerging markets. • We are looking for a creative and culturally attuned Communication Associate to support our brand’s growth and engagement across digital platforms in Senegal. • This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and strategic, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building meaningful online communities through compelling content. • As the Communication Associate, you will: • Create design assets that align with our visual identity and maintain brand consistency across all channels • Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to reflect ongoing growth and clarity • Design marketing materials including social media creatives, digital ads, banners, emails, and presentations • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to ensure visuals support campaign objectives • Provide lightweight visual support to product design teams, including illustrations and layout assets • Design materials for internal communications, events, and branded merchandise when required • Interpret briefs from multiple stakeholders and manage time effectively across concurrent projects • Work closely with fellow designers, content creators, and growth leads to deliver high-quality creative work on time

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a graphic or visual design role • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print • Ability to manage feedback and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling • Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus
