📋 Description

• Manage and optimise infrastructure in AWS, with a focus on cost control and resilience. • Operate and improve our Nomad orchestration platform (migrating from Kubernetes). • Maintain and enhance our Octopus Deploy pipelines for CI/CD. • Ensure infrastructure-as-code best practices using Terraform/OpenTofu. • Support deployments across multiple environments (development, staging, production) and countries. • Ensure platform availability meets agreed SLAs. • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues efficiently. • Implement and maintain security best practices at the infrastructure level. • Manage access control, secrets management, and environment segregation. • Partner with developers to improve deployment workflows and environment consistency. • Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis (within business hours). • Document processes, architecture, and operational runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS core services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.) • Proven hands-on experience with container orchestration (Nomad, Kubernetes) • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ideally with Octopus Deploy • Experience with Terraform/OpenTofu for infrastructure-as-code • Familiarity with networking, load balancing, and monitoring in cloud environments • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Experience in multi-region deployments for services with country-specific configurations • Knowledge of telecom integrations and emerging market connectivity challenges • Familiarity with NodeJS, React, PHP or Java deployment environments • Background in healthcare or regulated industries
