📋 Description

• Conduct remote medical consultations through our telemedicine platform • Provide primary care advice to patients via chat or audio calls • Review patient symptoms and medical history to give clear, practical medical advice • Recommend basic medications or refer patients to in-person care when needed • Maintain accurate consultation records and follow platform protocols • Help patients understand their health concerns in simple, clear language

🎯 Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree with valid license to practice medicine in Egypt • Clean professional record with no disciplinary issues • At least, 1-3 years of medical experience (early-career doctors encouraged) • Strong communication skills for virtual interaction with patients • Professional proficiency in English and Arabic • Smartphone and reliable internet • Respectful, compassionate, patient-centred attitude • Experience in general practice or primary care • Previous telemedicine or digital health experience • Comfort using mobile apps and technology • Curiosity about digital healthcare and innovation
