📋 Description
• Conduct remote medical consultations via our telemedicine platform • Provide primary care advice via chat or audio calls • Review patients’ symptoms and medical history to provide clear, practical guidance • Recommend basic medications or refer patients for in-person care when necessary • Maintain accurate consultation records and follow platform protocols • Help patients understand their health concerns using simple, clear language
🎯 Requirements
• MBBS degree or equivalent, with a valid license to practice in Senegal • Clean professional record with no disciplinary sanctions • 0–3 years of medical experience (young doctors encouraged to apply) • Strong communication skills for virtual consultations • Professional proficiency in French and Wolof • Smartphone and reliable internet connection • Respectful, empathetic, and patient-centered attitude • Experience in general practice or primary care • Experience in telemedicine or digital health • Comfortable using mobile apps and technology • Interest in digital health innovation • Basic knowledge of Wolof and/or English
