âą Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in French while maintaining a friendly and professional tone. âą Provide accurate and relevant information in French to prospective clients to guide them in selecting suitable health plans. âą Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow through to ensure resolution and client satisfaction. âą Accurately record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in the internal communication system. âą Support customer acquisition efforts by engaging French-speaking inbound prospects and encouraging them to purchase health insurance products or utilize company services.
âą Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline. âą Must have completed NYSC or have a valid exemption letter. âą Ability to communicate confidently in French, both verbally and in writing. âą Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. âą Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends. âą Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English. âą Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical data. âą High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work. âą Goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform well in fast-paced environments. âą A medical background (e.g. Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, Microbiology) is an added advantage.
