• Evaluate sales pitches and provide feedback to improve content, delivery, and impact. • Facilitate coaching sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and confidence. • Maintain clean, accurate data within the CRM system by identifying and resolving data quality issues. • Build and update sales dashboards and reports to track KPIs and team performance. • Identify insights from CRM and performance data to guide decision-making and team improvements. • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness. • Stay current on sales enablement trends and tools to improve sales team productivity and alignment. • Support the creation and refinement of sales content, including scripts, email templates, and presentations.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, customer success, or sales support. • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot. • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in both French and English (working language of the company). • Familiarity with sales processes and enablement strategy is a plus.
