📋 Description

• Reliance Health’s mission is to make quality healthcare delightful, affordable, and accessible in emerging markets. • From Nigeria, Egypt, Senegal and beyond, we offer comprehensive health plans tailored to both employers’ and employees’ needs through an integrated approach that includes telemedicine, affordable health insurance, and a combination of partner and proprietary healthcare facilities. • By leveraging advanced technology, we are transforming the healthcare landscape, making it more efficient and accessible for everyone. • We are looking for a Sales Excellence Associate to help us scale and strengthen our sales operations in Nigeria. • In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to optimize tools, processes, and performance. • You’ll support CRM hygiene, analyze sales data, and drive improvements in sales pitch quality and enablement. • This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting high-performing sales teams. • As a Sales Excellence Associate, you will: • Evaluate sales pitches and provide feedback to improve content, delivery, and impact. • Facilitate coaching sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and confidence. • Maintain clean, accurate data within the CRM system by identifying and resolving data quality issues. • Build and update sales dashboards and reports to track KPIs and team performance. • Identify insights from CRM and performance data to guide decision-making and team improvements. • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness. • Stay current on sales enablement trends and tools to improve sales team productivity and alignment. • Support the creation and refinement of sales content, including scripts, email templates, and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, customer success, or sales support. • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot. • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in both French and English (working language of the company). • Familiarity with sales processes and enablement strategy is a plus.
