📋 Description

• Report to Director, Product Design • Design key product features from concept through delivery • Advocate for the SQUIRE user, ensuring designs meet their needs and context • Contribute to the scalability and evolution of our internal design system • Participate in brainstorming workshops and discovery efforts to gather insights • Partner with Product Managers and team members to conduct usability testing, both async and live • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs • Translate workflows and systems into clear diagrams to support discussion and decision-making • Provide design assets to teams supporting marketing and customer engagement, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a product design role or similar • Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools • Experience with prototyping and usability testing techniques • Strong understanding of interaction design and responsive layouts across web and mobile • Familiarity with design systems and interest in contributing to their growth • Technical curiosity and ability to work effectively with engineers • Portfolio demonstrating mobile and responsive web app design • Experience working with or contributing to design systems (nice to have) • Exposure to B2B SaaS product design (nice to have) • Motion design or After Effects skills (nice to have) • Empathy for customers and teammates, fostering a collaborative environment (nice to have) • Clear communication skills when presenting work and gathering feedback (nice to have)
