📋 Description
• Substance is a leading talent firm offering flexible hiring solutions, including fractional, remote, and permanent roles across all levels, from entry to C-suite. • We are seeking a highly skilled Fractional Accountant. • This role is ideal for experienced accountants looking to work on impactful short-long term projects while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. • You will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to help our clients make informed business decisions.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an accountant, with a strong grasp of GAAP/IFRS. • Excellent Excel skills and proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent. • Strong command of English • Experience in fractional, freelance, or project-based accounting roles is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. • CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
