• Hands-on senior FP&A manager owning reporting packs, models, and process improvement. • Own financial reporting: monthly management reports, forecasts, variance analysis, and dashboards. • Build and refine financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning. • Drive process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and consolidation; simplify and automate. • Work with large datasets: clean, structure, and pull actionable insights. • Use advanced Excel: formulas, pivots, macros, and modelling. • Improve and integrate systems (ERP, BI tools, planning platforms) to support finance. • Partner with business stakeholders (~20–30% of time) to provide insights backed by numbers.
• At least 12 years of experience - Strong FP&A experience: forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and variance analysis. • Proven track record of building and improving financial models. • Advanced Excel skills — no hiding behind “intermediate.” • System savvy — experience with ERPs, planning tools, and BI platforms. • A process mindset: spot inefficiencies, fix them, and document them. • Comfortable with data: pulling it, structuring it, and turning it into usable information. • Ability to interpret numbers into a story: explain drivers, risks, and recommendations. • Clear communication skills: explain variance, trends, and risks without jargon, with authority.
