• Lead a small group of talented engineers building and enhancing features for unsplash.com • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand product, users, and priorities • Develop, pitch and deliver product ideas that align with business needs • Promote a culture of ownership and high standards • Maintain and evolve the front-end platform for performance and development • Support team members in their growth and development
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in software development • Expert in front-end technologies incl. Node, TypeScript, React, Next.js • Experience building web applications at scale • Experience with functional programming
