📋 Description

• Help define how humans collaborate with intelligent systems in property management. • Shape the technical foundation of a platform executing workflows autonomously through AI. • Contribute to trust building between humans and machines, scale operations without added headcount. • Lead critical system rewrites, architect scalable foundations for AI platform. • Create sophisticated systems powered by AI leasing agent, build self-serve experiences for rapid customer onboarding. • Directly influence the next generation architecture of the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong people leadership experience and bias for action • Must have hands-on experience in architecting, designing and implementing agentic AI systems • Very strong experience in architecting and implementing scalable agentic systems • Hands-on experience using at least one agentic framework and familiarity with other agentic frameworks • Hands-on experience using cutting edge LLM, fine-tuning LLM and integrating them in production grade software used by real users • Proven track record in fast-paced startup environments and collaborating with global teams • Must have expertise in React and Python or Node.js • Knowledge of ML, AI, LLMs
