• Design, develop, and implement automation, robotics, and digitalization solutions to improve manufacturing performance • Lead automation and digital transformation projects from concept, engineering, commissioning, and handover to production • Support manufacturing operations by ensuring the reliability, optimization, and continuous improvement of automation systems • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, IT/Digital Technology, and external suppliers to deliver effective technical solutions • Utilize Industry 4.0 technologies, industrial networking, AI-enabled applications, and data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making • Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, sustainability, and cost efficiency through automation and digital technologies • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for automation and control systems • Ensure compliance with corporate engineering standards, cybersecurity requirements, and relevant safety regulations • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and promoting digital innovation across manufacturing operations
• Bachelor's degree in electrical and/or electronics engineering, automation engineering, robotics engineering, or a related engineering discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing industrial automation systems in a manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, industrial instrumentation, variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo systems • Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols including: Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, OPC UA • Knowledge of industrial databases and manufacturing data collection systems • Good oral and written language skills in English • Ability to live in Istanbul or Kocaeli
