📋 Description

• Conduct or direct critical inspections on gas, steam turbines, and generators utilizing remote inspection systems • Perform limited access inspections of gas or steam turbines and generators at power generation locations worldwide • Expand inspection qualifications by staying abreast of new technologies and test procedures • Create and submit inspection reports, time cards and reconcile expenses • Work independently while adhering to safety protocols in a procedure-driven environment

🎯 Requirements

• An Associate's Degree or equivalent vocational training in mechanical or non-destructive inspection technology • Minimum 3 years of borescope experience, preferably on heavy duty gas turbines • Knowledge of design, construction, and maintenance of steam or combustion turbines/generators • Familiar with operating Mentor Visual iQ Videoprobe, Menu Directed Inspection software • Experience in a customer service focused organization • Strong customer service communication skills, both verbal and written • Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to rent vehicles to support inspection needs
