• Deliver high‑quality field service support for medium‑ and high‑voltage (MV/HV) electrical systems • Carry out testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance using MV/HV electrical test equipment • Develop and continuously expand your technical expertise • Prepare and complete all required documentation • Act as a trusted technical representative on customer sites • Collaborate with engineering, project, and commercial teams to support issue resolution
• Strong technical foundation in power distribution, drives, controls, or automation • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships • A pro‑active problem solver with sound judgement and a commitment to issue resolution and continuous improvement. • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with solid computer proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
