📋 Description

• Review technical specifications of primary equipment for High, Medium, and Low Voltage (HV/MV/LV) and support the development of electrical substation solutions using software tools • Update technical documents according to client comments and/or project needs and maintain/update the document control spreadsheet/matrix • Manage the complete lifecycle of project documentation in the DMS (creation of drawing/document lists, revision control, traceability, and transaction records) • Coordinate with clients, partners, and subcontractors on the follow-up of documentary deliverables, ensuring compliance with established document management procedures • Support the Lead Document Controller in defining, deploying, and improving the Document Management process; prepare project procedures and templates • Assist, organize, and deliver training on the Document Management System (DMS) to end users; provide functional support to the project team • Support document control on site: record and/or coordinate mark-ups/as-built per Site Manager instructions, consolidate and register final documentation, and collaborate with the O&M Coordinator on collection, storage, and archiving • Ensure archiving of all project documentation at closeout (electronic and, if required, physical), meeting standards and deadlines for printing/collation/packaging/shipping • Verify document attributes and data quality in accordance with project requirements; work with subcontractors and partners on corrective actions and timely resolution • Track supplies and issued engineering for each project; participate in internal and client engineering meetings; manage with factory issues related to design, assembly, testing, and/or deliveries • Comply with integrity and compliance guidelines, as well as EHS rules and procedures, the Grid Engineering Management Handbook (EMH), the Grid Project Management Handbook (PMH), and GE Vernova work instructions.

🎯 Requirements

• Active student in the final semesters of Electrical Engineering (including Civil or Execution degrees) • Availability to start in December and to work 40 hours per week for at least 6 months • Proficient with Microsoft Office; intermediate level Excel • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional • Basic–intermediate English (able to read and write emails and procedures) • Understanding of engineering processes and document control/management systems; familiarity with DMS tools is a plus • Quality-oriented, structured and organized; strong attention to detail • Effective communicator with project team members and management; ability to work in teams in dynamic environments • Willingness to learn and comply with quality, safety (EHS), and compliance standards.
