📋 Description

• Responsible for the engineering services and field support of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety protocols within the wind fleet • Partner with design engineering on development and implementation of comprehensive LOTO procedures for wind turbine operations • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards • Provide technical support for services technicians during maintenance and repair operations of wind turbine systems • Collaborate with teams to assess and improve system reliability and safety • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards • Recommend engineering controls and safety measures to mitigate identified risks • Serve as a subject matter expert on safety protocols • Ensure accurate documentation of latest LOTO procedures • Stay updated on industry trends and promote a culture of continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering within the energy sector, with a focus on safety protocols • Experience in developing LOTO procedures and safety management systems is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Proficiency in engineering software and tools • Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) preferred
