• Supervise execution of all GIS service activities on customer sites • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance in all operations • Safeguard the integrity of SQDC performance - Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost • Manage non-conformities and drive timely resolution • Act as the key link between GIS product unit, service teams, and client • Lead and coordinate daily field resources for project success • Produce clear reports on project progress and site variations • Conduct investigative site visits and support corrective actions • Contribute to contractor evaluation and performance reviews • Plans and delivers work according to schedule and budget constraints
• Extensive travel to project and field assignments • Previous hands-on GIS experience with GEV equipment (T155, F35, B105) • Strong competence in installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of HV plant • Solid engineering background (C&G/ONC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) • IOSH Managing Safely and SSSTS certifications • Strong understanding of CDM regulations and site leadership responsibilities • Proven ability to lead field teams and manage subcontractors • Skilled in substation primary plant construction and secondary wiring • Ability to diagnose equipment condition and failures • Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally with a valid passport and driving license
