📋 Description

• Deliver predictive analytics and monitoring solutions using industry experience, equipment knowledge, software knowledge, and customer satisfaction skills • Develop in-depth technical-discipline knowledge and apply prior experience and technical expertise to execute policies and strategies • Understand key business drivers and how the team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the broader area • Exercise judgment and propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance • Use prior experience, on-the-job training, technical skills, analytic thinking, and multiple internal sources to solve straightforward and complex tasks • Manage complex technical requirements, ensure process compliance, and drive operational excellence across global project delivery lifecycles • Monitor and maintain operating parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow within specified control limits to ensure uninterrupted power generation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Process Controls, from an accredited university or college • Advanced technical level understanding of English, including reading, writing and conversational skills • Significant combined experience in remote monitoring and diagnostics of gas and steam turbines, HRSGs, compressors, condensers, boiler feed pumps, and other critical power generation equipment • Knowledge of technical specifications and documents, including P&IDs, process descriptions, control philosophies, equipment and instrumentation datasheets, and utilities and chemicals consumption summaries and calculations • Experience with lube oil systems and air intake systems • Experience with quick actions during emergency operations • Ability to monitor and maintain pressure, temperature, and flow within specified control limits • Experience with field operations of natural gas-based combined-cycle power plants • Gas turbine and combined-cycle power plant experience, including turbine auxiliaries knowledge • Problem-solving and ability to partner in cross-functional projects and process improvement • Strong strategic thinking, assertiveness, and influencing skills across business functions • Ability to anticipate, identify, propose, and resolve complex financial issues • Demonstrated business acumen and project management skills • Strong leadership, technical, change-agent, and facilitation skills • Interpersonal, supportive, and responsive skills
