📋 Description

• Drive technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence • Deliver accurate statutory financial statements for the Wind segment within regulatory deadlines for LM Denmark and other selected Tier 2 Wind entities • Ensure statutory regulatory filings are completed timely, efficiently, and in compliance with country regulatory requirements and timelines • Manage branches, legal entities, and statutory consolidations from outside the US • Manage the statutory audit process where applicable • Act as an expert for G2S and S2T walks, applying statutory expertise, US GAAP accounting and processes, and tax regulations and processes • Collaborate with the Wind Tax Team during tax audits • Manage in-house and third-party teams, including Genpact, to execute goals and strategy for the statutory Wind organization and GE Vernova • Manage and coordinate statutory audits, negotiate engagement letters, and settle overrun discussions with auditors • Serve as a best practice and quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Influence stakeholders, communicate complex or sensitive information, build consensus, and support less experienced colleagues • Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis and recommendations; make decisions on moderately complex tasks and problems

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in business administration or a related field required • Financial reporting experience • Significant experience in the Statutory, US GAAP & Tax area with main focus on Statutory expertise for various local GAAPs • Wind industry expertise of processes within respective Tier 2 business (ONW, OFW, LM) • ERP knowledge of Oracle Races, Oracle CCL and Axapta • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Previous experience in Wind segment desired
