📋 Description

• Lead the design, implementation, and verification of HVDC Control and Protection systems • Conduct dynamic performance studies • Perform protection coordination studies • Carry out AC/DC interaction studies and harmonic stability performance assessments • Support tendering, operations, contractual, and after-sales activities • Analyze requirements for HVDC protection systems • Model HVDC systems in PSCAD and RTDS • Collaborate on engineering design reviews and provide technical leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent (including power systems and power electronics) • Demonstrated experience in HVDC control and protection system design, implementation, and verification • Strong understanding of functional characteristics and interactions between AC and HVDC systems • Knowledge of HVDC control, protection, and sequencing strategies • Hands-on proficiency with PSCAD and RSCAD simulation tools • Excellent communication and client engagement skills • Strong written and verbal communication in English • Experience creating and presenting technical reports
