📋 Description

• Manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers • Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline • Ensure adherence to Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Remittance (OTR) logistics processes as defined within Gas Power projects, supporting on-time delivery to end customers • Create project logistics budgets and develop transport plans to support ITO, OTR and day-to-day routing and planning activities • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure planning and execution of logistics that supports on-time delivery and optimize logistics costs • Monitor and ensure compliance of supporting Logistics Coordinators with customer requirements and contract deliverables • Build strong relationship with internal partners, and key account contacts to understand repairs outage needs and keep the repairs logistics operational team KPIs on target • Provide Day-to-Day oversight (Daily Management, Morning Start up and EOD report out) to leadership with regards to projects within scope

🎯 Requirements

• Four (4) plus years hands-on day to day logistics experience • Relevant bachelors degree - accredited university/college • High school diploma / GED may be considered with at least 6 years of aligned work experience • Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
