📋 Description

• Lead Major Component Upgrade (MCU) Operations for Wind Farms • Assure EHS, execution quality, and cost optimization for MCU operations • Serve as technical advisor and guide all parties involved • Collaborate with various teams to deliver best in class MCU execution • Proactively identify and address potential situations

🎯 Requirements

• Either a qualified Electrician with Australian electrical license or a qualified Mechanical tradesperson • Proficient in fault finding electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment • At least 3 years’ experience leading crane operations in end-to-end execution • At least 3 years’ experience within the Wind Maintenance sector • Familiar with Wind Turbine Generator mechanical/electrical areas • Must hold appropriate eligibility to work in Australia
