📋 Description

• Lead projects from order handover through planning, site execution, invoicing, and final closeout • Apply technical knowledge of Gas Insulated Solution, Air Insulated Switchgear, and Generator Circuit Breaker equipment to solve complex technical challenges • Own project budgets, margins, sales forecasting, contract management, change orders, and claims • Deploy field service engineers and manage subcontractors to meet customer commitments • Propose solutions beyond standard parameters and utilize internal resources to ensure project success • Maintain focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance • Manage a portfolio independently and provide accurate financial and resource projections • Coordinate field teams to meet and exceed customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification • 3–5 years of experience in technical project management (Field Service, Maintenance, or Commissioning preferred) • In-depth understanding of GIS, ASI, and GCB equipment • Practical experience with SAP (or similar ERP systems), Excel, and modern project planning tools • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French required based on customer portfolio • Proven ability to communicate with customers, maintain project ownership, provide structured follow-up, and handle timely escalations • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the work time within Belgium • PMP or IPMA certification preferred • Experience working with Belgian utility providers and industrial customers preferred
