• Define supplier strategy, including management and optimization of supplier panels. • Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers. • Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement. • Manage claims. • Perform commercial sourcing management, including data analysis and negotiation support. • Perform purchasing activities as needed. • Execute functional policy and strategy using discipline expertise. • Communicate with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services. • Provide informal guidance to new team members. • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations. • Impact projects, processes, and procedures within the field. • Use technical expertise, judgment, analytic thinking, and multiple internal sources to solve problems and make decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil engineering and/or master's degree in business administration. • Minimum 5 years of advanced experience in the Sourcing & Commodity Management. • Fluent in English and Arabic. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. • Established project management skills.
