• Drive operational performance and strategic initiatives across the P&ES OTR organization • Achieve business performance expectations across safety, quality, execution delivery, and financial KPIs • Lead the P&ES OTR Operations team, including KPI owners and regional operations • Establish operating rhythms focused on P&ES KPIs • Identify and deliver strategic continuous-improvement projects globally and regionally • Support the P&ES Operational Leader on OTR matters • Own OTR operational performance metrics and rhythms, validate ITR performance and market data, and drive improvement actions • Drive regional operations support and continuous standardization across regions • Define, implement, deploy, and manage P&ES standard work and project-management processes • Advise on project-management tools • Balance standard work with regional needs • Drive PES operating MOR and OTR initiatives on the PES Kaizen calendar • Build organizational capabilities over time • Deliver sustainable productivity targets for the PES organization • Develop and implement the PES AI strategy and operationalize AI initiatives to reduce NVA and increase efficiency • Drive execution rigor and accountability across parts, repairs, engineering, services execution, and other critical areas • Ensure service excellence through the outage-readiness process • Strengthen on-time project delivery and drive Outage Excellence with regional teams • Ensure complete and timely delivery of parts, repairs, services, and procedures • Connect ITO forecasts to OTR resource requirements and close gaps • Improve safety standards for the project-management organization • Drive standard processes and communications for lessons learned • Collaborate with the Quality Leader on customer satisfaction, CoPQ reduction, escape and defect impact reduction, RCA/NCR closure, and quality culture • Drive ZDF implementation for the PES team • Manage controlled data updates, analytics, and Genpact analytics-team support • Lead the P&ES team training program focused on project-management curriculum • Lead Lean initiatives across the Services team
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university • Project and operational experience • Significant experience in a leadership role • Strong team leadership capability in a dynamic, energetic, and complex environment • Quick learning capability and a high level of accountability • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team • Self-motivated, positive outlook, results-oriented, able to deliver under pressure and within time constraints, committed and process-oriented • Ability and willingness to travel as required • Hands-on experience leading action plans and/or Lean events • Ability to interface effectively, influence, and build strong networks across all levels of the organization • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Effective team-building and problem-solving abilities • Track record of driving change, efficiency, and improvements • Proven change-agent capability • Demonstrated leadership behaviors in line with the GE Vernova Way • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
