📋 Description

• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering assigned support services • Maintain knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines and associated configuration installations • Coordinate access to appropriate internal functions to support customers • Establish and maintain ongoing technical and business support for assigned customers • Develop specialized knowledge and serve as a best practice/quality resource • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Apply knowledge of best practices, competition, and market differentiation • Make decisions and solve moderately complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems • Analyze data and provide recommendations using internal and limited external sources • Support colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus • Manage execution of Gas Power Services contractual and transactional projects in Peru • Coordinate resources and logistics for customer-site service and maintenance activities, including preventive and remedial maintenance, facility management, field services engineering, repairs, and refurbishments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer face roles, Project management, preferably on Services activities • Strong leadership, financial and commercial skills • Experience presenting and managing stakeholder teams • Demonstrated communication & organizational skills • Solid experience on managing several stakeholders, including 3rd parties service providers, and functional roles • Knowledge on Power Generation market • Extensive experience managing execution of projects/contracts • Fluent English and Spanish • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
