📋 Description

• Serve as the operational heart of the ELEC AI Center of Excellence • Translate enterprise-wide AI strategy into execution across four business lines • Facilitate execution of long-term AI strategy plans and provide support and resources • Establish regular reviews, progress tracking, and feedback loops for AI delivery • Lead development of shared standards, tools, platforms, and governance foundations • Balance rapid delivery with high-quality, reliable output through clear ways of working • Embed Responsible AI and security practices into workflows • Oversee the AI portfolio and align initiatives with ELEC enterprise priorities • Guide the transition toward a sustainable, business-led AI delivery model for 2030 • Lead workforce upskilling and AI adoption efforts in coordination with ELEC HR, GE Vernova Corporate Learning, the ELEC CTO office, and Business Line AI teams • Design and adapt targeted training programs and specialized AI enablement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong and proven leadership experience in operations, program management, or technical strategy, ideally within a large, global matrixed organization • Solid grasp of the AI/ML landscape and the lifecycle of AI solutions, from data preparation to production and monitoring • Proven success leading large-scale organizational shifts and sustaining engagement across diverse teams • Exceptional ability to build, manage, and refine business operating cadences, track metrics, manage budgets, and maintain project momentum • Demonstrated expertise bridging technical teams and business stakeholders • Ability to translate technical requirements into business value and vice versa • Strong track record partnering with HR and Learning & Development functions to design curriculum or enablement programs • Understanding of upskilling as behavioral change, not just classroom training • Ability to achieve alignment across different business lines without direct line authority • Pragmatic approach to compliance and ethics, integrating guardrails into development processes
