📋 Description

• Govern metadata, system configuration, workflow configurations, automation logic, and Agentic AI behaviors across Integrated Services Management platforms • Define standards for system configuration design, reuse, and lifecycle management across Salesforce and integrated platforms • Lead end-to-end data conversion, including assessment, profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and object mapping from legacy systems to Salesforce and downstream platforms • Own intake, prioritization, impact assessment, and release governance for system configuration changes • Establish traceability and audit-ready controls for metadata changes and compliance • Govern AI agents such as Agentforce and monitor utilization, accuracy, outcomes, KPIs, and guardrails • Govern data conversion activities and validate configuration and data transformations • Partner with IT and platform teams on transformation delivery and enterprise governance • Ensure configuration and behavioral consistency across Salesforce, ERP, and integrated systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • 7+ additional years of experience in cross functional operations supporting IT projects leading Data Conversion, MDM • Proven experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) and data conversion for large-scale ERP or Salesforce transformations • Strong functional understanding of customer, intercompany, and vendor data domains • Demonstrated ability to partner with Data Lake / Analytics teams to preserve KPI continuity during system transitions • Ability to engage deeply with data, processes, and technology to identify practical, value-driven AI use cases within Salesforce enterprise
