• Leverage expertise in Sales and Account Management to develop strategic plans for growing Key Accounts and managing senior relationships • Account leadership responsible for leading the Grid Automation account strategy in all aspects of growth and profitability • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts • Develop Account Plans and execute commercial strategy for sales of Grid Automation product lines • Collaborate with other GE Vernova account managers to ensure a unified engagement policy • Provide leadership and support to the Commercial Team for closing large sales opportunities • Own the accurate forecasting of orders and margins • Drive identification, prospecting, creation and closure of sales opportunities
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM • Minimum of 10 years of direct sales, account, or team leadership experience • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical / utility industry sales • Minimum of 5 years experience in account management • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
