📋 Description

• Lead the services portfolio across Asia (Advanced) ensuring regional priorities are addressed through global delivery capabilities • Ensure seamless project execution and bid-to-service transitions • Deliver innovative software solutions aligned with global product strategy • Create new revenue streams and elevate customer success • Strengthen services financial performance by managing CPI, SPI, on-time delivery, revenue, margin, project budgets, milestone billing, and cash collection • Drive growth initiatives and shape revenue models and partnership opportunities • Strengthen customer and partner relationships in collaboration with commercial teams and support bid validation • Ensure operational readiness via resource planning, risk management, and PMO compliance • Establish and monitor KPIs for portfolio health, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction • Lead and mentor a team of project managers to execute complex, large-scale projects and programmes • Align regional strategies with global and cross-functional teams and provide senior leadership with delivery insights and risk assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success (10+ years) in services leadership across complex, large-scale software or infrastructure programmes • Degree qualified such as engineering or equivalent • Project Management Certified • Desired Masters level qualification such as MBA • Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience managing portfolio performance to key metrics • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executives, customers, and delivery teams • Experience delivering projects to utility accounts across transmission and distribution • Experience leading matrixed teams across regions in a global environment • Direct people leadership of project managers • Exceptional communication skills
