📋 Description
• Represent the Project and the Organization towards customers, partners, subcontractors, and local authorities on site • Responsible for the whole scope of site works from site mobilization to final acceptance followed by site close out • Assumes accountability for Safety, schedule (Delivery), Quality and Cost for all jobsite activities • Lead a team of site engineers and managers • Accountable for implementing the organization’s EHS Policy and Management Systems at the site • Ensure adherence to zero tolerance policy towards Life Saving Rules • Manage the RFI process with site subcontractors • Ensure all work is constructed in accordance with quality assurance plan • Liaison with Project Construction & Commissioning Manager to establish construction philosophy
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor degree Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering • 15 to 20 years of execution experience in construction field • At least 2 years of experience in leading site team as Site Manager
