• Provides expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, professional services, technical support, renewals, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy with a Digital focus • Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline • Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions utilizing the Software Suite • Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects • Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects • Participate in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality • Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments • Make standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing and uploads to customers through the implementation process • Responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups • Work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction • Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development • Utilize in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience
• Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) • This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Digital Implementation Services • Experience with software implementation project and customer facing projects • PM certification • Time management system knowledge • Advanced English knowledge • Desirable Spanish knowledge • Availability to travel (30% of the time in the month)
