📋 Description

• Work closely with customers, Delivery Manager, and Project Manager to define customer requirements • Develop technical proposals for software implementations/upgrades • Lead technical delivery and contribute as an individual in software implementation • Manage project team and activities to drive project deliverables • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status and issues • Utilize software delivery performance measurement tools • Lead simulation of project scenarios and respond to client inquiries • Perform use case and client-specific testing runs and lead acceptance testing • Report on project outcomes and present findings to stakeholders • Engage in continuous improvement and change management initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in electrical Engineer - Power System • 5+ years relevant work experience • Strong analysis skills including requirements elicitation and management • Software development experience and strong understanding of the SDLC • Familiar with emerging energy industry trends related to utility clients • DevOps hands-on experience • Familiar with Power Application setup, modeling, and configuration • Experience with power system analysis software such as OpenDSS, CYME, Powerfactory, Synergi • Familiar with programming in C#, C++, Python, etc. • Familiar with project testing methods such as FAT, SAT, and UAT
