• Reviewing, writing, and amending Approved Written Procedures (AWPs) across multiple turbine types. • Providing technical authorisation and oversight to field teams. • Supporting statutory inspections and other turbine works, ensuring compliance with client and statutory requirements. • Working dynamically across multiple clients and turbine technologies, maintaining high standards and best practice. • Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Rope Teams, and HSE to ensure operational excellence.
• Proven experience as an Authorising Engineer (AE) within the wind industry. • Multi-OEM knowledge (e.g., Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, Nordex, GE, etc.). • Hands-on experience with Statutory Inspections and a broad range of turbine works (desirable). • Ability to manage AWPs, technical authorisations, and competency frameworks confidently. • Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-client environment. • Strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
