📋 Description
• Oversee the compliance of export activities to ensure adherence to all U.S. export control regulations • Develop, implement, and maintain export compliance procedures • Maintain export compliance records and perform required reporting • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate products and determine licensing requirements • Conduct due diligence for denied party screening
🎯 Requirements
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of U.S. trade laws and regulations • Familiarity with export compliance processes and procedures • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum of three years of experience in export compliance
