• Support the nursing team through structured organization, administrative relief and direct patient support. • Coordinate admissions and discharges in cooperation with bed management. • Conduct initial consultations with patients. • Coordinate internal patient transport. • Support all routine administrative tasks.
• Successfully completed vocational training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or medical secretary, or several years of experience in administrative/secretarial work. • Ideally, experience in practice or clinic management. • Independent and organized working style, including the ability to perform under pressure. • Very good IT/computer skills.
