📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end agentic AI systems. • Define enterprise guardrails for security, compliance, and least-privilege access. • Define the production strategy for LLMs and evaluation standards. • Set the direction for retrieval pipelines, prompt synthesis, and self-correction. • Establish standards for connecting agents to observability, incident management, and deployment systems. • Define standards for automated diagnostics, runbook execution, and remediation traceability. • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define the agentic AI roadmap and related objective functions for reliability, risk reduction, and cost efficiency. • Define the governance framework, including validator models, adversarial testing, policy checks, fallbacks, circuit breakers, and rollbacks. • Define the technical direction for cost and latency optimization. • Define architectural standards and governance frameworks for agentic AI and LLM production. • Represent the team in cross-functional technical forums and mentor senior engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing, architecting, testing, and launching enterprise-scale ML systems in production. • Expert-level proficiency in AWS services (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, Step Functions, SageMaker). • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation). • Extensive software development experience in Python, C/C++, Go, or Java. • Strong hands-on experience with Python at scale. • Strong, hands-on expert-level experience with LLMs, including API integration, prompt engineering, fine-tuning/adaptation, RAG, and tool-using agents. • Authoritative knowledge of commercial and open-source LLMs, including OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, and Claude. • Expert understanding of applied statistics, foundational ML concepts, algorithms, and data structures. • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).
