📋 Description

• Develop Artificial Intelligence solutions, translating business requirements into functional models, agents, automations, and applications • Implement AI integrations with enterprise systems through APIs, services, databases, and other technology components • Conduct testing, validation, performance evaluations, and adjustments of AI solutions • Monitor availability, quality, usage, latency, errors, and resource consumption • Optimize models, agents, and applications to improve performance, reliability, scalability, response quality, and efficiency • Apply corporate standards for architecture, security, data governance, and observability • Create and maintain technical documentation covering architecture, integrations, configurations, dependencies, versions, operations, deployment, maintenance, and ongoing development • Provide team leadership and active mentoring

🎯 Requirements

• Team leadership experience • Intermediate English proficiency • Advanced/fluent Spanish proficiency • Portfolio of AI-related projects • Advanced analytical skills • Advanced Python proficiency • Knowledge of REST APIs, integrations, authentication, and error handling • Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, agents, tools, and function calling • Knowledge of Git, testing, CI/CD, and software engineering practices • Knowledge of observability, logging, and troubleshooting • Understanding of LLM security, including prompt injection, credential leakage, and guardrails • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering • Graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks is desirable • Experience with cloud platforms, queues, serverless technologies, containers, or automation is desirable • Experience with ITSM, support, incident management, and production maintenance is desirable
