📋 Description

• Design and orchestrate AI agents that surface actions and draft workflows inside customer infrastructure • Architect multi-agent systems connecting data sources and operating reliably in production • Build agent logic, tool use, memory systems, and orchestration layers for enterprise deployments • Own front end and back end development across the product lifecycle • Build interfaces, APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure components • Contribute to product architecture decisions from a systems perspective • Deploy and manage AI models inside customer VPC environments with zero data egress • Support model training workflows using customer-specific historical data • Monitor production model performance and iterate based on real outcomes • Validate model deployments on historical data before production release • Turn ambiguous problems into working systems without detailed specifications • Ship quickly, measure outcomes, and iterate using production signals • Identify and address architectural improvements and technical debt proactively • Document systems clearly for reliable team development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven full stack engineering experience across front end, back end, and infrastructure • Production-proven AI and agent engineering experience building and deploying systems at scale • Experience deploying AI models inside enterprise or VPC environments • Experience designing and building multi-agent orchestration systems with tool use and memory • Strong engineering judgment to scope, architect, and execute independently • Excellent written communication for async collaboration across a distributed team • Portfolio link or GitHub showing AI systems or full stack projects built and shipped in production • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining architectural decisions • Both a portfolio and Loom video are required to advance to the next hiring stage
