📋 Description

• Desenvolver, testar e manter chatbots e agentes conversacionais complexos utilizando Python • Criar pipelines de RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) integrando bancos de dados vetoriais e APIs de modelos de linguagem • Trabalhar com frameworks de desenvolvimento de IA conversacional (como LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, ou equivalentes) • Implantar e otimizar aplicações no ecossistema Microsoft Azure, garantindo escalabilidade, segurança e performance • Aplicar boas práticas de engenharia de software, incluindo versionamento, testes automatizados e CI/CD • Garantir a observabilidade dos modelos (MLOps/LLMOps), monitorando latência, custos e qualidade das respostas

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência sólida atuando como Engenheiro(a) de IA, ML Engineer ou Engenheiro(a) de Software com forte viés em dados/IA • Domínio avançado em Python (código limpo, assincronismo, design patterns) • Experiência prática na construção de fluxos conversacionais codados (não apenas plataformas low-code) • Conhecimento profundo no funcionamento de LLMs, engenharia de prompts, embeddings e arquiteturas RAG • Familiaridade com versionamento (Git) e esteiras de CI/CD • Diferenciais: experiência prévia desenvolvendo soluções de IA na Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, etc.) • Diferenciais: vivência com integração de APIs de IA generativa
